Terms of Service

Parts Match Inc. (“Parts Match”) operates an online marketplace connecting identity-verified buyers and sellers of automotive parts. Parts Match is a venue — sellers list parts and ship them to buyers; Parts Match is not the seller of those parts.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Every account must complete identity verification before transacting. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Sellers must accurately describe parts, including condition, fitment, defects, and any return restrictions. Stolen parts, counterfeit components, unsafe modifications, and items prohibited by law may not be listed. Parts Match may remove listings that violate these Terms.

Prices and shipping costs are set by sellers. Payment is processed by Stripe and held until delivery is confirmed. Marketplace fees and any optional add-ons (e.g. Featured Listings) are disclosed at checkout or in the seller dashboard.

Sellers must ship within their stated handling time using the label generated through Parts Match. Buyers are responsible for providing a correct address. Shipping insurance, where available, is recommended for high-value parts.

Each listing displays the seller’s return policy. Buyers who receive a part that is significantly not as described may open a dispute within 7 days of delivery. Parts Match will review evidence from both sides and may issue a refund from held funds.

Listings under $350 are free. Other fees (transaction, Featured Listings, optional BNPL) are shown to you at the time you incur them. Parts Match may update fees with notice.

Parts Match is provided “as is.” We do not inspect or warrant parts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards. You may close your account at any time from the Profile page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless required otherwise by law.
