Buyers Guide
Parts Match is built for verified buyers and sellers. This guide walks you through finding the right part, talking to sellers, making offers, and checking out safely.
Find the right part
- Search by part name or paste a part number in the top bar.
- Filter by year, make, and model to only see confirmed fitments.
- Save vehicles in your garage to auto-filter across the site.
Message the seller before you buy
Open any listing and use Message Seller to confirm fitment, ask for extra photos, or request a shipping quote. Replies stay in your Message Center.
Make an offer
Sellers can accept offers on eligible listings. Your offer is binding for 24 hours — if the seller accepts, checkout is one click.
Checkout and payment
Every payment is processed by Stripe. Funds are held until the part is delivered, then released to the seller. Klarna is available on listings where the seller has opted in.
Buyer protection
You have a 24-hour dispute window from delivery. Open a dispute from Orders → the order → “Report a problem,” and we'll step in.
