Sellers Guide

Parts Match is built for people who actually know parts. This guide covers listing, pricing, shipping, payouts, and seller protection.

How it works

  1. Create a free account and verify your identity (takes ~2 minutes).
  2. List a part with photos, condition, fitment, and shipping method.
  3. When it sells, we email a discounted label. Print, ship, and get paid.

Photos that sell

  • Shoot in daylight against a clean, uncluttered background.
  • Include every angle plus close-ups of any wear.
  • Add a shot with a tape measure so buyers gauge scale.

Write a title buyers actually search

Lead with year range, make/model, part name, and part number. Example: “2015–2017 Mustang GT 5.0 Coyote Long Block — M-6009-A50NAA.”

Price it right

Check active and sold comps on Parts Match, then price 5–10% below the average if you want fast movement. Use the Estimated Payout preview to see your take-home before you publish.

Ship heavy parts safely

Use a double-walled box, foam or expanding foam around fragile ends, and select LTL freight for anything over 70 lb. Discounted labels are provided inside your Order screen.

Seller protection

Every buyer is identity-verified, payments are guaranteed, and payouts release after delivery confirmation. Chargebacks and disputes are handled by our Trust & Safety team.
